Each phin is handcrafted, especially the delicate glass knob is part of its unique character. We want you to love your Vietnamese glass coffee filter as much as we do. Here’s how we take care of you:

1. All sales are final.

  • Please read our product description carefully before making your purchase.

2 . If your filter arrives broken or breaks right away

  • No worries, you’re fully covered.
  • We offer a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
  • Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.

3. If your filter breaks after you’ve used it for a while

  • Because we can't verify how it was handled, long-term accidental damage isn’t covered under our standard refund policy.
  • But we still want to support you.
    We offer a one-time discounted replacement so you can keep brewing with your favorite filter.

4. Changed your mind?

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

5. Does it not fit quite right?

  • All Bonsbons pieces are hand-blown and handmade, making each one unique. While every item goes through multiple quality control checks, slight variations in shape or fit are a natural part of the process.
  • If your piece doesn’t fit as expected or arrives with an issue, we’re truly sorry. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement when appropriate.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. When will I get my order?

  • Our small team works to pack and dispatch your order within two business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • $12 flat-rate shipping for all orders.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100

3. International shipping

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping yet. Rest assured, we're working on it.
